INBOUND: Your Departure from the Airport to Davos
When arriving by Private Jet, operations are very simple - the helicopter(s) will land as close to the jet as possible, ground services will collect you from the jet in order to take you through the necessary procedures and then take you back to the waiting helicopter(s) ready for your departure to Davos.
INBOUND: Your Arrival in Davos from the Airport
Davos helicopters can usually organise transport from the heli-pad in Davos to your accommodation free of charge through the chalet company or hotel that you are staying with.
If your accommodation providers do not provide this service Davos Helicopters can organise a taxi through Whitetracks Vehicles that will be charged as extra to the cost of the helicopter transfer this should be paid directly to the taxi driver once you arrive at your hotel or chalet unless otherwise pre-arranged and prepaid for through Davos Helicopters.
OUTBOUND: Your Departure from Davos to your departure Airport
Davos Helicopters will provide you with a time of departure from Davos - this time will be when the helicopter is due to take-off in order to complete its mission. Please be at Davos Helipad before the designated time allowing plenty of time to load and get ready before take-off, 10-15 minutes should be sufficient.
OUTBOUND: Your Arrival at the Airport
When the helicopter lands at the airport, it will land as close to your private jet as possible. From here you will be met by ground services who will then escort you to where you need to check in for your flight home. If you have organised an excess luggage transfer this will be the time when the chalet company Rep or taxi driver will need to reunite you with your excess luggage. Please ensure that you have the contact number of the person who is delivering your luggage to the airport.
