AIRPORTS:

After Landing at the airport, the handling agent will be ready to meet the passenger at the private aircraft for the transfer to the helipad via Customs/Immigration. Please advise if any representative, Body Guard etc. is waiting in Zurich to meet the passengers.

Arriving passengers on a commercial flight will be picked up after Custom/ Immigration for a transfer to the General Aviation Centre and then directly to the helipad.

DAVOS:

Arriving at Davos 'Stilli' Helipad, the passenger will be transported by an official WEF Limousine to the relevant Hotel or to any place in Davos as directed by the passenger (included in helicopter charter price). Driving time to down town Davos is approx. 5 minutes. Should you have your own Limousine arrangements, please make sure that the driver including limo has access to the helipad location (high security zone).

All other ground transportation need to be arranged locally and will not be coordinated by the helicopter carrier.
