WEF // CANCELLATION & SCHEDULE CHANGE
By the operation department: cancellation prior to take-off due to the actual weather conditions at the Departure, Destination or en-route will not be charged to the customer. Ground transportation as back-up can be organised and will be charged at cost. Flights to an alternate landing location close to Davos / Airport will be charged at full rate.
By the customer: cancellation by the customer on and after January 19th 2014 will be charged at full rate, as well as heavy changing of flight schedule (for example: changing of the reserved flight date).
Short notice booking: due to the high security standard and arrangements set by the Police and Military Department, short notice flights cannot be guaranteed. The Police Department has the right to reject the flight. A surcharge for bookings on and after January 20th 2014 will be charged in any case.
Night flights: for flights after sunset we have to charge an additional fee to the customer.
